Project description

Urszula Wozniak is part of a network of young Turkish and European leaders from all sectors who come together once a year to engage in intensive dialogue and to share views and ideas about topical social issues. The Turkey Europe Future Forum takes place alternately in Turkey and Germany, as well as in other European countries.

Short biography

Dr. Urszula Woźniak is a social scientist living in Berlin. She is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Social Sciences at Humboldt-Universität, where she is investigating class formations and radical right backlash as part of a research project funded by the German Research Foundation. Urszula received her PhD in sociology from Humboldt-Universität. She has conducted empirical research in Germany, Poland, the UK, and Turkey, and has pursued research at Humboldt-Universität, Bogazici University, and the Institut Français d’Etudes Anatoliennes. Prior to her current position, she worked in the fields of knowledge transfer and science management, political education, and culture. Her research focuses on urban transformation, migration, racism, and democratic theory.
