During his fellowship year, Mario Domisse works on bureaucratic steering mechanisms for peacebuilding instruments. Among other questions, he will focus on whether adaptive management methods can help to respond more efficiently to contextual changes. Previously, Mario was a research associate at the Global Public Policy Institute in Berlin, where he worked on security governance in Iraq as well as Germany’s conflict prevention, stabilization, and peacebuilding policies. He also gained professional experience as a civil military interaction analyst at the German Armed Forces. Mario studied in the United States, Germany and Paris, and holds a BA in Political Science and an MA in International Relations.
