Marc Schneider is part of a network of young Turkish and European leaders from all sectors who come together once a year to engage in intensive dialogue and to share views and ideas about topical social issues. The Turkey Europe Future Forum takes place alternately in Turkey and Germany, as well as in other European countries.
Marc Schneider works as Area Sales Manager for ZF Friedrichshafen AG and deals with the Automotive Aftermarket business in Turkey. He is responsible for the complete offer process including price analysis, calculation and negotiation with customers. Before that, he also focused on South Africa, Jordan and Lebanon to strengthen the products of ZF Group in the local markets. In 2015 Marc was appointed as Honorary Chairman of the German-Turkish-Friendship Association that tries to foster the common understanding between Turks and Germans on a local level. He organises events that highlight the common heritage of German and Turkish culture and at every opportunity informs about the rich history of Turkish-German relations. Marc studied business administration, political science and international relations at Chemnitz University of Technology and did an exchange program at METU Ankara. His MA thesis deals with the Turkish-Armenian rapprochement process under the Erdoğan administration.
