Short biography

Lora Pissareva completed a double diploma programme in Public Administration and European Studies at the University of Münster and Twente (Netherlands). Subsequently, she received a Master’s degree in International Security at Sciences Po Paris. She gained professional experience in the private sector working for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and more recently for the OECD. During her fellowship, she seeks to examine the nexus between security/fragility and local economic development focusing on the Middle East and Iraq in particular.
