As a Mercator Fellow, Lisa works at the intersection of climate change and human rights. Lisa explores how human rights-based approaches can result in more effective, socially just, and more sustainable climate policies. She studied International Relations and Human Rights Law in Dresden, Boston and Essex and gained working experiences in NGOs focused on advocacy and strategic litigation, government, academic research projects and grassroots activist groups. Besides the climate-human rights nexus, she has a strong interest in corporate accountability and applying critical and intersectional approaches.
