Short biography

As a Mercator Fellow, Clara Stinshoff focuses on approaches to implement and scale behavioral insights for financial inclusion. She has gained professional experience in political and economic consulting at Roland Berger GmbH and Prognos AG, at the German Embassy in Washington, D.C. and, most recently, in health financing with the World Bank. Clara holds a master’s degree in Public Policy (MPP) from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, with studies abroad at Georgetown University. She completed her BA in Philosophy & Economics at the University of Bayreuth and Washington and Lee University (Lexington, VA., USA).
