Changing perspectives can change the world – approaches to foster dialogue and support decision-making processes

Short biography

During her fellowship year, Céline Dillmann explores methodological approaches, such as strategic board games, as a tool to foster an inclusive dialogue and support environmental decision-making in a socio-ecological context. As a consultant and research assistant at ETH Zürich she gained experience with workshop facilitation and worked in projects on smallholder agriculture in Laos, tropical forest management in the Congo Basin and human-wildlife conflicts in Switzerland. Previously, she worked with GIZ in Eschborn and Biovision in Zürich. Céline holds a master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from ETH Zürich and conducted research for her master thesis in Madagascar.
