Zeynep Çakaloz is an education associate in UNICEF Turkey currently focusing on knowledge management and strategic planning for programs on access to quality inclusive education for all children in Turkey. Previously, she worked as a youth worker where she aimed to promote volunteering and inclusive exchange as a channel for a strong civil society. She is an active youth work volunteer and the chairman of a national NGO focusing on youth participation and empowering young people globally through civic engagement and intercultural learning. Zeynep holds a BA degree in Psychology and is a YFU exchange program alumnus.
