Timothy Randall

During his Mercator Fellowship, Timothy will focus on the mobilization of private capital for the UN SDGs through Blended Finance. Specifically, Timothy would like to investigate the incentivization of private capital by multilateral development banks and the potential reduction of the SDG Financing Gap. Timothy gained professional experience through internships at the German Bundestag, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank and most recently at the OECD. Timothy holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Tübingen and studied International Economic Policy (M.A.) and Economics and Management of Government and International Organizations (M.Sc.) at Sciences Po and Bocconi.
