Pauline Seyfert. born in Hamburg, Germany is the Founder and Chairman of Adlera Group, providing consultancy on business and network development and investment opportunities in the context of the energy transition and related technologies with a focus on the Germany-Türkiye-Europe axis. In her previous role she worked as the head of department responsible for publicly funded projects and energy topics at the German-Turkish Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Istanbul with a focus on the energy transition and bilateral cooperation. Professionally, she also has experience in the field of marketing and sales. As part of her education and professional career, she gained international experience in Switzerland, the United States and Türkiye. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration as part of an integrated degree program from the Nordakademie in Germany and completed her MBA degree at Bahcesehir University in Türkiye with a thesis on the modernization of the Turkiye-EU customs union. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the Istanbul Commerce University with a research focus on the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism and its potential economic effects on trade relationships between Germany and Türkiye.
