Project title

Increasing the efficiency of humanitarian aid

Short biography

Martin Winkler studied Public Management in Berlin and London. He completed his master in Humanitarian Aid at the Ruhr-University Bochum and spent a research term at the Columbia University, New York City. He holds a magister degree with a focus on peace and conflict studies from Uppsala University, Sweden. First practical experience he gained at the German Foreign Office, at the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, UNDP Somalia and with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Public Sector Consulting. During his fellowship year he examines ways to increase the efficiency of humanitarian aid.
