Lisa Stroux, born in Heidelberg, studied Industrial Design Engineering at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, at the Imperial College as well as at the Royal College of Art in London. After her master’s degree in 2006 she started working in the field of medical product development. During her Mercator fellowship she focused on the redevelopment and use of medical devices in developing countries.
