Katharina Brizić is a professor of multilingual research at the University of Freiburg. She obtained a doctorate in sociolinguistics in 2006 from the Department of Linguistics at the University of Vienna. Her research focuses on the areas of refugees, migration and inequality, as well as on education, diversity and social cohesion.
