Short biography

Jakub Küpçü, since the beginning of his professional career helps bridging and strengthening the economic relationship of Poland and Turkey in the region. Holding dual citizenship (Polish and Turkish) and having bilingual skills allow him to better serve and understand the needs and expectations of entrepreneurs from both countries. He possess a +5 years proven track record of operating in an international, fast-paced environment, working both for the public sector and big $ MM corporations from broad range of sectors, just to mention food processing and energy. He holds MSc and MAs degrees from Law, International Relations and Economy obtained from the tier one universities in Poland. His area of interest focuses on the development of economic ties between EU and Turkey, with special emphasis put on foreign direct investment flows and customs union. He is the author of numerous articles and papers, including the dissertation on EU-Turkey diplomatic affairs. Privately, he’s a big fan of football and a truly travel geek.
