Short biography

Florian Neutze graduated from the University of Constance and the Universidad de Granada with a degree in political and administrative science, specialising in development, foreign and security policy. After completing his studies, he worked in the office of Frank-Walter Steinmeier during the European and German national election campaign. During his fellowship year, he will explore factors influencing the success of bilateral civilian development cooperation, with a particular focus on Germany’s engagement in Afghanistan.
