Chances and challenges of harmonising the renewable energy policy on European level

Short biography

Felix von Blücher, born 1987, resident in Berlin, studied International Relations (B.A.) in Dresden and at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in Chile. He also holds a master’s degree in Environment and Resource Management from the Free University of Amsterdam. He has worked as consultant at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in Geneva and at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research. During his fellowship year, he will analyse the opportunities and challenges related to a greater harmonisation of national renewable energy policies at the European level.
