As part of her Mercator Fellowship year, Felicia Siegrist explores different models, approaches, and tools for the empowerment of female entrepreneurs in emerging markets who want to establish, run or grow their own business. Moreover, she aims to develop a solution that practically and innovatively supports meaningful participation of women in entrepreneurship ecosystems and aids economies to be more sustainable and inclusive. Felicia holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and a M.Sc. in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from ESADE Business School. Over the past years, Felicia has worked in several international companies and at the NGO “ARCO Associação Beneficente” in Brazil.
