Project description

Dorina Georgieva is part of a network of young Turkish and European leaders from all sectors who come together once a year to engage in intensive dialogue and to share views and ideas about topical social issues. The Turkey Europe Future Forum takes place alternately in Turkey and Germany, as well as in other European countries.

Short biography

Dorina Georgieva works for the World Bank Group Doing Business report in Washington, DC. There she focuses on business and labor market regulations. Previously she worked for the United Nations Development Program, as part of the Istanbul International Center for Private Sector Development team and the Institute of International Education in New York City, as a consultant of Bulgarian Young Leaders Program. Her professional experiences also include the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sofya and the Consulate General of Bulgaria in Shanghai. Dorina holds a M.A. in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Italy and Washington, DC. She also holds a B.A. from the Ramapo College of New Jersey, having spent semesters in India, China, and Russia.
