Short biography

Corinna Kohl is a project manager at KfW Development Bank. In her current position in the division for Turkey and South-East Europe, she is responsible for social infrastructure projects in Turkey which are being realized in the context of the Syrian refugee crisis. Here Corinna focuses on the cooperation between Europe and Turkey, in particular with regards to coping with the challenges resulting from conflicts in neighboring countries. Prior to working for KfW, Corinna worked for several international organizations including research institutes. She pursued her postgraduate programme at the German Development Institute. After her BA in Economics in Heidelberg and a semester at the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris, Corinna completed her MA in Public Economics at the Free University of Berlin.
