Can Yavuz is an attorney-at-law who focuses on Turkish law and human rights. He pursues a PhD in public law at Istanbul Bilgi University and obtained his master’s degree in international human rights law at Lund University. Besides practicing law as an attorney, he volunteered at Istanbul Bar Association Children’s Rights Center, Amnesty International, Türkiye Eğitim Gönüllüleri Vakfı, and Oy ve Ötesi Derneği. Can also published various academic articles and two books.
