This book examines Turkey’s global position and its relationship with the EU. Firstly, it deals with the Eurozone crisis and new dynamics in the accession process, secondly with the domestic reform process in Turkey and the three central issue areas in the accession process: economy, democracy, and the Kurdish question. The third part addresses the Arab Spring and foreign policy cooperation between the EU and Turkey.
