From 1 May, Dr Markus Piduhn (45) will be joining the Stiftung Mercator Executive Board. As an Executive Director, he will be responsible for the Commercial Affairs Division; responsibility for the three core divisions of Education, Science and Humanities, and International Affairs, as well as for strategy development and communication, lies with the Executive Directors Winfried Kneip, Dr Wolfgang Rohe and Michael Schwarz.
Dr Markus Piduhn was previously Area Vice President Business Industries at the TecDAX-listed CompuGroup Medical. He acquired international management experience and wide-ranging experience in areas such as controlling, finance and accounting during the course of his career, for example at the MDAX-listed company Gerresheimer and at the consultant firm Arthur D. Little.
