Project description

Christoph Erber is part of a network of young Turkish and European leaders from all sectors who come together once a year to engage in intensive dialogue and to share views and ideas about topical social issues. The Turkey Europe Future Forum takes place alternately in Turkey and Germany, as well as in other European countries.

Short biography

Christoph Erber works as policy advisor and project manager at the Munich Security Conference
 Foundation (MSC). In this role, his focus is in particular on topics in European foreign and security policy, transatlantic relations, nuclear arms control and EU-Turkey relations. Before joining the MSC, he spent several years working and studying on both sides of the Atlantic, analyzing issues in transatlantic cooperation as well as policy challenges in and around Turkey. He completed his graduate studies at the Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Bologna and Washington, DC, specializing in European and Eurasian Studies as well as in Strategic Studies. As part of his undergraduate degree in economics and political science at the Free University of Bolzano, he also spent time at Bilkent University in Ankara and the University of Washington in Seattle.
