Project description

Kadir Gürsoy is part of a network of young Turkish and European leaders from all sectors who come together once a year to engage in intensive dialogue and to share views and ideas about topical social issues. The Turkey Europe Future Forum takes place alternately in Turkey and Germany, as well as in other European countries.

Short biography

Kadir Gürsoy is currently working as a health policy and government affairs manager at Bayer Turkey. He defines his role as a negotiator between government and Bayer to build a strong bridge, help each party grasp each other’s perspective, and finally collaborate on win-win projects. He pursued a career at government for more than 10 years, at Turkish Social Security Institution, specializing in finance, pension and health actuary, drug reimbursement, pricing, and health policy. His ultimate objective is to be a visionary leader able to “make a difference” in the society. He holds BSc. degree on economics and MSc. degree on financial mathematics from METU, and then gained another MSc. degree on health policy and management from Harvard University in 2013.
