Armin Reinartz is part of a network of young German and Chinese leaders from all sectors who come together to engage in intensive dialogue and to undergo further professional and intercultural training. The Zukunftsbrücke – Chinese-German Young Professional Campus takes place in alternate years in China and Germany.
Armin Reinartz is Regional Project Manager and Analyst in the Southeast & East Asia regional office of the Friedrich-Naumann-Foundation in Bangkok. He coordinates the foundation’s regional think tank component and heads the analytical unit on China and regional issues. In addition, Armin is advisor to the regional director and part of FNF’s internal network on innovation. Prior to joining the Foundation, Armin worked as a freelance editor at Peking University News and research assistant at the DFG-Research Group “Risk and East Asia” at the University of Duisburg-Essen. During his studies, Armin headed the policy working group on international affairs and was involved in the international work of German Liberal Youth (JuLis), where he was in charge of projects in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Armin holds a MA in Contemporary East Asian Studies from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a Master of Public Policy from Peking University.
