Project description

Li Lina is part of a network of young German and Chinese leaders from all sectors who come together to engage in intensive dialogue and to undergo further professional and intercultural training. The Zukunftsbrücke – Chinese-German Young Professional Campus takes place in alternate years in China and Germany.

Short biography

Li Lina is project manager in adelphi consult GmbH. From July 2014 to September 2015 she was a German Chancellor Fellow of Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung, hosted by Germanwatch, researching on Germany's new climate diplomacy. She holds master degree of International Politics from Peking University, and had worked for Ecofys (an European sustainable energy consultancy) and Greenovation Hub (a Chinese environmental NGO) before the fellowship. She has been active in organizing and promoting Chinese NGOs joint participation in international climate and sustainability processes. With a great number of publications in the past seven years, she has rich project and analysis experiences in the fields of international climate negotiations, energy and climate policies, carbon market and low carbon cities.
