During her fellowship year, Helén Liebermann works to increase the impact of international nonprofits by strengthening leadership potential. She gained professional experience in leadership development for academics at the Dahlem Leadership Academy, as well as for business leaders at Lufthansa Cargo AG, Singapore. Leading research projects in her academic field of social psychology, Helén conducted her PhD on leadership in teams. She holds a MSc in Psychology from Freie Universität Berlin, with stations abroad in Australia and Finland. Helén is the co-founder of Kollektiv Feminismus* and works as a volunteer dance and fitness instructor with refugees.
