Jessica Kulitz is part of a network of young German and Chinese leaders from all sectors who come together to engage in intensive dialogue and to undergo further professional and intercultural training. The Zukunftsbrücke – Chinese-German Young Professional Campus takes place in alternate years in China and Germany.
Jessica Kulitz works as the Director’s Personal Assistant at ESTA Apparatebau GmbH & Co KG, an international medium sized family business specializing in supplying aspiration and extraction systems for the manufacturing industry. Her main responsibility there is LEAN supply chain management. In her political life, as City Councillor of Ulm, she focuses on local government as the most effective way to influence community development. She represents the CDU fraction in the committee for social and educational issues as well as the international committee. As a member of the supervisory board of “Ulm Messe” and “Ulm/Neu-Ulm Tourismus GmbH”, as well as the Urban Development Association, she aims to keep the community attractive for entrepreneurial activities and investments. After her International Baccalaureate in Oxford, she completed a vocational training as assistant manager in wholesale and foreign trade. Jessica holds a Bachelor in Business Economics from Witten/Herdecke University and graduated with an executive Master for Family Business from the Zeppelin University.
