John E. Morton was Senior Director for Energy & Climate in the White House with overall responsibility for coordinating the Obama Administration’s international energy and climate change policies and strategies. Prior to this, he was Vice President for Policy, Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC. He received an MBA in finance from the Wharton Business School, an MA in international relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a BA from Harvard College in Russian History and Literature.
