Project description

Orsolya Hegedüs is part of a network of young Turkish and European leaders from all sectors who come together once a year to engage in intensive dialogue and to share views and ideas about topical social issues. The Turkey Europe Future Forum takes place alternately in Turkey and Germany, as well as in other European countries.

Short biography

Orsolya Hegedüs is a foreign policy advisor in the office of Mr. Istvan Ujhelyi, Hungarian MEP in the European Parliament. In her parliamentary work, her particular interest lies in the European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations as well as in the Common Security and Defence Policy. She is also in charge of the delegation with China and involved in several pilot project related to the tourism sector. Orsolya holds a Master in Finance & Corporate Strategy from Sciences Po Paris, where she focused on the international dimension of finance, with an emphasis on risk assessment. Before that, she studied Political Sciences at the Central and Eastern Europe Campus of Sciences Po Dijon. The political, economic and social situation of Central and Eastern Europe and its wider neighborhood have been at the heart of her education. She has extensive international experience through study, internships and working experiences abroad.
