Grazyna Baranowska is part of a network of young Turkish and European leaders from all sectors who come together once a year to engage in intensive dialogue and to share views and ideas about topical social issues. The Turkey Europe Future Forum takes place alternately in Turkey and Germany, as well as in other European countries.
Grazyna Baranowska works as a researcher on the universal and European systems of human rights protection at the Poznań Human Rights Centre of the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Previously she worked for the EU-funded research project, Fostering Human Rights Among European (Internal and External) Policies, for the Committee on Human Rights and Humanitarian Aid in the German Bundestag and also for a number of non-profit organizations. Ms Baranowska has organized many human rights courses and workshops, inter alia, the ‘International Protection of Human Rights, Resolution of Conflicts Concerning Minorities’ summer course and a course for Belarusian students. She holds an MA in European studies and Turkish philology from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and has also studied in Turkey and Germany.
