Project description

Florian Häuser is part of a network of young German and Chinese leaders from all sectors who come together to engage in intensive dialogue and to undergo further professional and intercultural training. The Zukunftsbrücke – Chinese-German Young Professional Campus takes place in alternate years in China and Germany.

Short biography

Florian Häuser has been working for thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions (tkIS) China since 4 years and is based in Shanghai. In his recent role as head of strategic business development, his main tasks are to define one strategy for tkIS China, covering all existing business units, and to support and align all related activities not only within the China branches but also with the German headquarter. Prior to that Florian was responsible for the strategy of the business unit Cement in China and was focusing on the manufacturing localization of selected equipment and the related know how transfer from Germany to China. Florian graduated with a diploma in economics with majors in Banking, Finance and Controlling from the University of Mannheim. Previously he studied at the Duale Hochschule in Mannheim and received a diploma (BA) in banking.
