Kacper Szulecki covers a broad range of research topics in the Dahrendorf working group ‘Governance and Policy Aspects of Climate Change’. His research focuses on environmental, energy and climate policy and governance, as well as on social movements and dissent.

Short biography

Kacper Szulecki is an assistant professor of political science at the University of Oslo. Kacper holds a PhD in social sciences from the University of Konstanz and an MA in international relations and transnational environmental governance from the VU University Amsterdam. He is the board director of the Environmental Studies and Policy Research Institute in Poland and the editor of the online weekly “Kultura Liberalna”.
