Kei-Lin Ting-Winarto is part of a network of young German and Chinese leaders from all sectors who come together to engage in intensive dialogue and to undergo further professional and intercultural training. The Zukunftsbrücke – Chinese-German Young Professional Campus takes place in alternate years in China and Germany.
Kei-Lin Ting-Winarto is director at the international department of the German Federal Bar. She is responsible for the legal cooperation with Asian countries and Israel. The objective of her work is to promote democratic structures and the rule of law by supporting the independence of the legal profession in the respective countries. Her focus lies in the area of Sino-German legal cooperation. Within this work she repeatedly has been able to attend at the annual symposium of the German-Chinese Dialgue on Rule of Law. Prior to her engagement at the German Federal Bar, she has been research assistant at ICOLAIR -Institute, where she co-published two books on the situation of labour and labour law in China. Kei-Lin passed both of her legal state exames in Berlin. She got admitted to the legal profession in 2010. She has additional expertise in Chinese Law and Sustainable Developement. Besides her studies in Berlin, she has lived and worked in Jakarta and Taipei.
