Karoline Hoffmann is part of a network of young German and Chinese leaders from all sectors who come together to engage in intensive dialogue and to undergo further professional and intercultural training. The Zukunftsbrücke – Chinese-German Young Professional Campus takes place in alternate years in China and Germany.
Karoline Hoffmann works as a Global Program Manager for Dell in Frankfurt. She is responsible for the global coordination of Dell's business relations with the global key accounts of her customer portfolio for many of whom China is the focus market. This includes the governance of their global contracts, the internal communication of their specific global account strategy within the worldwide sales team and the management of associated global projects as well as being the external interface and subject matter expert for her customers. Prior to this she worked in different sales positions for Dell. Since she first came to China in 2004 for her Chinese language and culture studies in Beijing, Karoline has been very interested in societal developments in China and has had the chance to further experience them while working for Siemens in Shanghai and Taiwan as well as for the Goethe-Institut in Taipei.. In her free time Karoline volunteers for the German NGO Caritas as a mentor for migrants and refugees in her hometown Frankfurt. Moreover she is one of the consuls for the volunteer group of the global network Internations where she organizes different charity events for its members. Karoline holds a diploma degree in International Business and Cultural Studies from the University of Passau.
