Zhao Jiaqiang is a lecturer on political and public affairs at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. As a trained engineer with a strong interest in public policy, Zhao’s research focus lies on the legal and policy issues surrounding the low-carbon industry of China. In the past, Zhao held research and teaching positions at Huazhong University of Science and Engineering. Zhao is currently pursuing a PhD at the School of Law of Jiao Tong University and holds a BA and MA in Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
