Tilman Reinhardt studied law and agricultural economics in Berlin, Paris and London. After a clerkship at the Higher Court of Berlin he completed a PhD on international agreements of the European Union. He gained professional experiences with an international law firm in the fields of EU International Trade Law, Energy Law and Urban Planning. As a Mercator Fellow, he will focus on privatization and resource governance in Vietnam, Cuba and Mozambique.
