Short biography

As a Mercator fellow, Tilman Arnold explores indigenous perspectives on food cycles and hunger. His work seeks to deepen understanding of the decolonization and indigenization of food sovereignty structures. He completed his medical studies in Göttingen, Kiel, and Santander.
As a specialist in Family and Community Medicine (Medicina Familiar y Comunitaria), he has worked internationally for many years across diverse healthcare systems and projects.
