Thomas Bobinger, born in Augsburg, studied European Studies in Maastricht, as well as Law and Politics of International Security in Amsterdam. During and after his studies he gained work experience at the Permanent Representation of the European Commission in New Delhi, the German Institute for Human Rights in Berlin and the E.ON AG in Berlin. Thomas Bobinger now works at EUTOP in Brussels.
