Born in Zurich, Simon Müller studied Psychology, Math and Physics in Oldenburg, Bremen and Berlin after spending long time in the USA. During his Mercator year, he analyzed the potential and perspectives of importing green electricity from Arab states to the EU. Following his Mercator Fellowship, Simon Müller shifted to the International Energy Agency (IEA) in Paris, where he works since 2010.
