Sarah Joy Hügler studied Sociology in Mainz and Lisbon. During her studies, she also conducted research on Corporate Social Responsibility in Brazil. Sarah gained international experience working for UNDP in Sierra Leone and Tanzania, and for GIZ in Mozambique. After a fruitful experience in the European Commission, she will now focus on the Post MDG Agenda as part of the Mercator Fellowship.
