Salma Allouch is 19 years old and completed her high school diploma in 2025. She is currently studying Sales Engineering and Product Management at Ruhr University Bochum. Alongside her studies, she volunteers as a tutor for schoolchildren, is part of TalentKolleg Ruhr in Hagen, and regularly contributes to her local mosque community. Topics such as education, equal opportunity, diversity, and social cohesion are especially important to her.
Having grown up between German and Moroccan culture, she learned early on to value different perspectives and to advocate for a respectful coexistence. In the future, she hopes to gain international experience and connect technology with business.
Salma Allouch completes her short-time work placement at the Goethe-Institut Czech Republik in Prague, Czech Republic.
