Özlem Mutlu Doğan

Özlem Mutlu Doğan is currently the Sustainability Officer at Allianz Turkey.  She is responsible for ensuring to implement sustainability and corporate responsibility strategy throughout the company. Prior to her current role, she worked as the secretary general of Science Heroes Association (BKD), a Turkish NGO that organizes international events so youth can imagine themselves as the scientists, engineers and empowered global citizens of the future. She is an alumni of the forth term of Emerging Leaders in  Philanthropy Program implemented by Third Sector Foundation of Turkey (TÜSEV) with an aim to enhance the dialogue among professionals working in areas related to philanthropy.  She joined several volunteering activities related to education, science, gender equality and environment. She runs for charity to support NGOs in the İstanbul Marathon every year. Özlem holds a Master’s degree in Production and Industrial Management from 9 Eylül University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Gazi University.
