Nora Ratzmann from Berlin, born 1986, holds a B.A. in European Studies from the University of Osnabrück. She also completed an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy at Oxford and an MSc in Social Policy and Development at the LSE. During her studies, she gained work experience through university-led migration research projects, along with working on social and cultural policy-related issues within the German local/national administration and civil society. After graduating, she worked at RAND Europe. During her fellowship year, she will analyse whether multicultural policies could be transferred into cultural contexts, where ethnic diversity leads to segregation, fragility and conflict.
