Project description

Nils von der Kall is part of a network of young Turkish and European leaders from all sectors who come together once a year to engage in intensive dialogue and to share views and ideas about topical social issues. The Turkey Europe Future Forum takes place alternately in Turkey and Germany, as well as in other European countries.

Short biography

Nils von der Kall works as Director of Sales and Marketing for the German publishing group Zeitverlag. He is responsible for marketing and distribution of DIE ZEIT, Germany’s biggest weekly newspaper. Prior to his current position, he established the publishing group’s education programme "ZEIT Akademie" together with the journalist Matthias Naß. Nils has actively been engaged in exchanges and practice sharing with media companies from other countries, especially from Turkey, Britain and the United States. He has conducted various projects related to Turkey in recent years. Nils studied at the University of Music, Drama and Media in Hanover and holds a M.A. in Media Science. During his studies he gained work experience at NBC Television in New York and Hubert Burda Media in Munich. Nils is a member of the Marketing Working Group at the Association of German Magazine Publishers (VDZ).
