Short biography

Mina Baghai Arassi studied law in Saarbrücken, Exeter and Berlin and holds a master’s degree in international law and human rights. During her fellowship year, she will explore the role of the international community in the area of sexualised violence in Iranian prisons. She is particularly interested in the work of the human rights institutions of the United Nations, European foreign policy and the role of international criminal jurisdiction.
