Mehmet Murat Donmez is an expert at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey. Prior to that, he worked as a junior insurance supervisor at the Undersecretariat of Turkish Treasury. He was a visiting fellow at the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission in 2017. Throughout his professional career at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, Murat has examined and evaluated several IPOs, M&As, and issuances of securities. In addition, he specialized in Financial Technology (FinTech) transactions, especially in crowdfunding and ICOs. He graduated with a BSc in Economics from the TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Ankara.
