Julian Ringhof

Julian Ringhof is committed to protecting and promoting liberal democratic values in a digitally connected world. Within the Mercator Kolleg, he is looking into the topic of digital diplomacy. In his Master’s degree, Julian studied Technology Policy at the University of Cambridge. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of San Diego. Most recently, Julian worked in research management in the field of new mobility.
