Ivo Nicholas Scherrer

As a Mercator Fellow, Ivo Scherrer will be exploring public-private co-financing mechanisms for low-carbon energy infrastructure. Ivo previously worked in economic policy think tanks, consulting and academia – where he focused on strategic and regulatory challenges in infrastructure markets. He also co-founded a foreign policy think tank and a political movement in Switzerland. He holds an MA in international economic and energy policy from Sciences Po in Paris and an MA in international affairs from the University of St.Gallen.
