Franziska Fislage is coordinator for the International Party Dialogue and policy adviser in the Department Analysis and Consulting at the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) in Berlin, Germany. In her role, Franziska is responsible for the International Adenauer Network. The network’s goal is to connect young politicians from all over the world and to offer a forum for discussing global challenges and issues. Moreover, she is an expert on topics related to populism, political parties and political movements, party cooperation, political and party systems in Germany and Europe, international politics as well as questions related to democracy. She is author and editor of several publications and studies related to the afore mentioned topics. Before she took over her current role, she was the Coordinator for Democracy, Political Parties and Society at KAS. Franziska studied Economic and Social History, Sociology and Political Sciences in Göttingen, Bonn and Istanbul.
